Kazakhstani economy as an emerging market is feeling itself enormously bad. I could say that people in over regulated by government economy feeling themselves unprotected, taking into account the current situation around construction companies, banks and governmental investment institutes, and of course, level of corruption in Kazakhstan.
As unpracticed investors but really believing into the bright future of Kazakhstan, people gave their money to construction companies that have license for construction activities issues by governmental bodies. Nobody could not predict that the construction companies will not going to realize their contractual commitments, local level authorities do not pay attention to real problem of hundreds of thousands patriotically oriented investors.
Being such kind of investor it is hard to me say that my investments going to be back to me. Nevertheless, Kazakhstan declaring itself as developed economy and that share the democratic and social rights. So, there is still place for believe that people will get their houses and apartments they paid off.
